On Tuesday 13th May 2025 we will be taking Reception, Maple Class, to Odds Farm. Our visit will support the children’s current learning in English and Geography and will teach them about springtime on the farm. We are pleased that this will be a joint trip with our sister school, BWI. We will be leaving school promptly at 9.00am and travelling by coach to the venue, (please ensure your child arrives at school on time as we will not be able to cater for late arrivals) and returning approx. 3.00pm, dependent on traffic. All children will need a packed lunch – if you would like to order a packed lunch from The Orchard Catering Company, please order via the Maple Class Menu. If your child would prefer a 'home prepared packed lunch, please remember that fizzy drinks, nuts etc are not permitted. All previously ordered meals will be cancelled by The Orchard Contract Catering Company. Children should be wearing their logoed school uniform, appropriate weather resistant coat and school shoes. Children will also need a water bottle.
