Worship at Holy Trinity

Our aim is for every child to learn from the foundational belief that they are uniquely and wonderfully made by God and that they are loved, just as they are. Our School Vision is that every person in our community is rooted in our Christian values and is able to grow, flourish and bear much fruit.

Because of our foundation as a church school and our on-going commitment to our Christian ethos we want to worship and we want to educate children, spiritually, physically, morally, socially and emotionally each and every day, as they grow in their love and understanding of God.

We believe that the heart of Collective Worship provides the opportunity for pupils and staff and others such as governors and parents, to come together, to sing and pray, to share and communicate their feelings with one another and to God.  We worship as a community through various services in many different places.

Our Godly Play room provides an environment that promotes space to reflect, think and wonder and creates a sacred space for our Parent Prayer Group; Staff Prayer and Reflection; and Godly Play and Ignite Club for our pupils.

Collective Worship comments from our community:

"He [God] wanted us to be like him in his image.  I learn life lessons that I can put into action." (Pupil)     "I love being there - whether here [in school] or at the Church.  The singing is so inspiring!" (Staff member)
