Important Information for all Clubs

If you would like your child to attend any of these clubs, please complete the Application Form and Parent Contract and return them to the school office. 

A one-off administration fee of £10 per child is required and should be paid via your School Money account. (School Money account log in will be sent once your child is on roll at Holy Trinity CofE Primary School

Payment and completed forms are required before starting at any of the clubs.

External providers clubs 

Nursery Additional Options

We are pleased to offer our Nursery parents/carers some additional facilities, giving you the option for your child to stay with us for lunch and/or until the end of the school day at 3.15pm.  We also offer Breakfast Club and After-school Club should you wish to use them.

Nursery AM Children

Current timings are 8.30am-11.30am.  Children should be collected promptly at 11.30am unless you have booked an additional option. 

Nursery AM Plus Lunch Hour

This is an additional option for your child to stay at school for the lunch break from 11.30am-12.30pm at £5 per day per child.  Please ensure that you provide a packed lunch for your child.  Your child should be collected promptly at 12.30pm. 

Nursery AM Wrap Around Care to End of Day

If you would like your child to stay for lunch, and you would also like your child to stay until 3.15pm, you can add on the option of Nursery Wrap Around Care to End of Day at £18 per day per child.  This cost includes the lunch hour option above at £5 per child per day, along with the Wrap Around Care at £13 per child per day, totalling £18 per child per day.  Your child should be collected promptly at 3.15pm unless you have booked After-School Club.

Both the above clubs must be booked and paid in advance via your School Money account.

Breakfast Club from 7.30-8.40 (start of the school day) and After School Club from 3.15-4.30, 4.15-6.00 or 3.15 -6.00 are also available and can be booked via your School Money account.

Nursery 30 Hour Children (with 30 Hour eligibility code)

Current timings are 8.30am-2.30pm.  Children should be collected promptly 2.30pm unless you have booked an additional option.  Please ensure that you provide a packed lunch for your child.

Nursery 30 Hour Extended Stay 

This is an additional option for your child to stay for an additional 45 minutes from 2.30pm-3.15pm so they finish at the same time as the rest of the school.  The charge for this is £5.50 per day per child.  This extended stay must be booked and paid in advance via your School Money account.  Your child should be collected promptly at 3.15pm unless you have booked After School Club.

Breakfast Club from 7.30am and After School Club from 3.15-4.30 or 6pm are also available and can be booked via your School Money account.
