Family Fun Event

7th July 2013

The sun shone as at least half the families in the School, joined by friends and relatives, made their way to Holy Trinity Church Hall for a Family Fun Event last Saturday afternoon.  Events on offer, too numerous to name more than a few, included line dancing, a bouncy castle, beat the goalie, two treasure hunts, delicious food (both sweet and savoury) and drinks – what more could anyone ask than to sit in the sunshine sipping a drink from Bar Latino and eating a burger cooked by our resident chefs, or perhaps sipping tea and eating one of the many delicious cakes supplied by our amazing parents?  Well actually, the ‘more’ turned out to be the generous people who paid to see each class dance more than once – a special thanks goes out to the parents who wanted to see Willow and Cedar Class dance three times, we know who you are!

The Fun Event could not have happened without the support and hard work of so many people, some of whom were not able to be there on the day to see the fruition of their fantastic efforts.  Huge thanks to everyone who was involved – we do not have a final figure yet (so please could everyone who has not paid for their bid in the Auction of Promises get a move on!) but it looks like we managed to raise a substantial amount towards providing better playground facilities for our children – thank you!  Watch this space for the final total …

We would be grateful if you could help us gather some feedback on the "Family Fun Event.  This will enable us to improve the events we offer in future.  Please click on one of the links below.  The survey should only take a couple of minutes.  It is fine for more than one person per family to do the survey.

If for any reason one link is not working, please try the other one:

Many thanks,
