Along with many other local organisations, Holy Trinity School pupils took part in this year's Remembrance Sunday service at the War Memorial in the middle of Northwood. Our house captains laid a wreath on behalf of the school and also placed a small cross in memory of Thomas Lake, an ex-pupil who died in the service of his country. This year, Year 6 had also compiled a small book containing thank you notes to the service men and women of Northwood and their families. The book has been placed on the war memorial too. Many of our children took part in the parade as Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Rainbows, Brownies and Guides. Many others attended with their family and participated in the moving service led by representatives from local Churches and Synagogues.
