Year 3 and Year 4 Choir Easter Activities at St. Jerome 29.3.17
29th March 2017
On the last Wednesday of the Spring term, Y3 and Y4 Choir children spent the day at St. Jérôme School taking part in Easter Messy Church activities and the Easter service. It was lovely to see Holy Trinity children helping the Reception children at St. Jérôme in a range of tasks which included creating the Last Supper out of a cardboard box, making silhouettes of the cross and (obviously the most popular activity) decorating cakes in the style of an Easter garden.
During lunchtime, our children enjoyed playing with the Reception class equipment - you may recognise the bricks as they are the same as our Reception class use.
After lunch, everyone took part in an Easter service narrated by the Holy Trinity children with songs from both schools. Many thanks to the staff of St. Jérôme School for their hard work and enthusiasm during the day.
